Yes, every single image is cost free and royalty free.

Yes. We add free graphics regularly. Click on "Newest Graphics" to see the latest graphics that we have posted.
Can I submit free graphics to your site?
Right now the only free graphics that we give away are the ones taken and/or created by Free Graphics Centre . In the future we may consider this.
Are there any restrictions on my use of the Free Graphics Centre graphics that I download?
Yes. While Free Graphics Centre offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our free graphics in any form similar to how we distribute the free images on this site, whether free or at a cost.
